We hold two spaces in Tamworth, located just 5 minutes from junction 10 of the M42 or 5 minute drive from Tamworth train station.
The Sanctuary is our smaller space we generally use for one-to-one healing or small groups.
The Retreat is the larger space we use when working with bigger groups and for our retreats.
We also offer several retreats in beautiul Forest locations throughout the UK, where we hold retreats that include Forest bathing, guided meditation and barefoot nature walks.
