Sorry this review is so late! It’s been on my mind to write one because Jo absolutely deserves it.

I booked Reiki sessions for both myself and my daughter, and the whole experience exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, Jo made us feel completely comfortable. She really took the time to listen and genuinely hear everything I shared, never making me feel rushed. Her kindness, professionalism and respectful approach made the whole experience so relaxing and energising

The space itself was perfect too – calm, welcoming and peaceful, which really added to the overall experience. By the end of my session, I felt so much lighter, refreshed and more at ease than I expected.

Jo is amazing at what she does, and you can tell she truly cares about helping people. I left feeling so positive and I’m really grateful for the experience.

Jo is a dream! 🤩

Such an educated, knowledgeable, calm and tranquil individual. This extends effortlessly to her environment, making it easy to feel safe and relaxed.
I was anxious to experience reiki initially - probably very sceptical too, but there was no need, I couldn’t have been treated with more respect or love.
I’m so pleased to have reached out to Jo. I’ve felt huge benefits in both my physical and mental wellbeing and the holistic advice and guidance she has provided alongside the reiki has been invaluable at a difficult period in my life.

What an absolutely stunning and amazing experience we had with Jo yesterday at the Twilight Sound Bath experience!
From the moment we arrived, Jo's warmth and passion made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable from the get go. The atmosphere created for the session was pure magic and so deeply relaxing. It was the perfect way to unwind, and we left feeling completely refreshed and grounded.
If you are looking for a truly wonderful Reiki or sound healing experience in Tamworth, I cannot recommend Jo highly enough. We will definitely be back for more! We went to the Twilight Sound Bath yesterday and it was such a beautiful experience.

Joanne and her partner were both incredibly lovely, warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived, the energy of the place, their attitude, and the atmosphere felt so calm and genuine. The guided tour was really nice, and the cocoa drink they offered was absolutely delicious. It felt like such a thoughtful and kind touch.

We already believe in the power of breathing practices, but this experience had a much deeper impact than we expected. The sound bath seemed to open a very introspective state, where subconscious thoughts, emotions and symbols came up so vividly. It felt peaceful, meaningful and quite powerful.

Joanne is clearly very authentic in what she does, and both of them come across as genuinely kind people. We honestly think she will go very far with this. We would love to come back again and would highly recommend the experience to anyone curious about sound baths, Reiki, breathing practices or deeper relaxation.

After seeing Jo for myself in her relaxing reiki room, & having brilliant positive changes, we decided together to try distance Reiki on my children, my youngest is disabled, and it was extremely hard to regulate him, as he has no language- - he often self harmed by head banging, lashed out at others, wouldn’t allow people to dress him & wasn’t sleeping very well. After 3 sessions the change in my son was noticeable - his energy is much more calm, he seems settled when time to get dressed, going to sleep and staying asleep. He is regulating himself better, and not lashing out by hurting himself or me anywhere near as much. I would definitely recommend Jo, for reiki but also for distance reiki for a child struggling, it has been such a blessing for us. ❤️🪷

After hearing great reviews, curiosity got the better of me and I took the plunge. I was greeted by a very welcoming, calm and knowledgeable individual, Jo, who explained the process and went through the formalities.
I was taken to a very calm, comfortable and soothing treatment room, and took my place on a very sumptuous treatment bed. With the help of the calming musical background, which helped me immensely, it put me into a very relaxed state. Soon after Jo started the therapy, for the 1st time (in a very long time), I felt a deep sense of relaxation, feeling immense warmth all over but located specifically to where Jo was treating. In what seemed like a timeless experience, Jo proceeded to work her magic. Although consciously wide awake my body felt in a deep sleep but I was well aware of my surroundings at all times. For me, a man who is constantly on the go, and pair that with being a big overthinker, I was, and still am, very shocked at how relaxed I felt and how I enjoyed the experience. I had no desire to distract myself from the deep calm and relaxed state I was in, a complete, rare and welcoming revelation for me.
At the end of the session, I felt refreshed, comfortable and openly discussed feedback with the very competent, professional host, Jo.
Since this experience I have continued to feel calm and feel both body and mind are connecting better. Sleep has also improved.
Overall a very pleasant experience in a beautiful, safe space setting/location, with a very knowledgeable experienced practitioner.
At some point I will return for another session. For me, my advice would be to anybody considering Reiki, go ahead and treat yourself, you won't be disappointed, I certainly wasn't. Thank you Jo.

I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure just how the noises of the sound bath would affect me because I can't take high pitched noise, but after taking the plunge and joining the group I found it extremely relaxing and have since booked for another session. I am also attending for regular reiki after suffering a dislocated and broken shoulder that required pinning and am pleasantly surprised with how much I have improved.

I went to a sound bath which was amazing. Jo was so kind and welcoming and made me feel totally at ease. After a fantastic sound bath, she explained things to me regarding reactions to the sound bath (all lovely and intriguing reactions) which helped further my understanding of myself and the experience. The location and the set up created a super relaxing and calming atmosphere, I didnt want to leave! 😁 will definitely be back for more treatments.
